R.I.P.D. 2: Rise of the Damned to kontynuacja filmu R.I.P.D. Agenci z zaświatów. Historia rozgrywa się w 1876 roku. Bohaterem jest szeryf Roy Pulsipher, który zostaje zastrzelony przez gang wyjętych spod prawa rzezimieszków. Dostaje jednak drugą szansę, gdy zostaje zwerbowany przez R.I.P.D, ale pomszczenie własnej śmierci musi poczekać, ponieważ trzeba uratować świat, gdy bramy piekła otworzyły się w starym górniczym miasteczku Red Creek. To zagrożenie dla całej ludzkości.
